5V USB LED Lamp Kit (1W)

The 5V USB 1 Watt LED Lamp Kit is a simple, cost-effective lighting solution, ideal for Design & Technology, STEM and electronics projects. It provides an excellent introduction to basic electronics while enabling students to create practical, functional lighting products.

Powered by a standard 5V USB connection, the kit can be used with almost any USB power source, including mobile phone chargers, laptops, desktop computers, power banks and USB wall adapters.

The kit includes:

The compact 15mm rocker switch simply snaps into a 15mm hole, providing a secure, professional finish to your project.

The powerful 1 Watt LED produces a bright, clean light while remaining compact enough to fit into a wide range of product designs. It is suitable for use with materials including acrylic, wood, MDF, plywood and metal, making it ideal for lamp projects, mood lighting and prototype products.

Please note that the 1 Watt LED bulb and resistor can get warm, so please keep a distance from material that will melt easily.
